My experience at the hotel was quite frustrating. I encountered some serious issues that made my stay uncomfortable, mainly due to cleanliness and the service provided. While the location was convenient, being close to JFK and nearby restaurants, the room’s terrible smell and unkempt condition overshadowed any positives. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not only dirty but also poorly maintained. When I tried to cancel my reservation, I was hit with a ridiculous fee that made it feel like a scam. It was definitely not value for money, and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had high hopes for a relaxing last night of my road trip near JFK, but the room I got was disappointing. While the location was convenient for getting to the airport, the room itself had a terrible smoke smell and visible signs of neglect, like cigarette burns. It's a shame because it could have been a great way to end my travels.

I had a frustrating experience trying to cancel my reservation three days in advance, as the cancellation fee was higher than the room cost itself! The room was overpriced and didn’t provide good value for my money. The location was convenient, but the overall value just felt like a scam due to their policies.
